The DC region’s trade and professional associations are increasingly relying on cutting-edge technology to manage membership, market products, and drive revenue and engagement.  During the pandemic leaders in associations were further challenged to replace lost event revenue, maintain business continuity in a virtual environment, and provide ongoing support to their organizations, members and professional communities.  It’s time we recognize the great work they have done and to bring together the Washington DC association and tech communities for a lively evening of food, drink and discussion. The trade association and professional society community in the greater Washington, DC region continues to thrive after a period of enormous disruption. Many of these great organizations have unlocked new ways to deliver value to their members and adopting innovative approaches to business challenges.  

On August 27, we'll gather for an end of summer and getting back to business bash to recognize some of those associations that accelerated growth or are bouncing back by taking fresh and innovative approaches.

Our second annual special program to recognize the DC region’s up and coming venture capital and private equity investors. Whether rising stars with established firms or private capital entrepreneurs raising new funds, there is a deep and diverse pool of investor talent in the region putting capital to work. We’ll gather this group for drinks, food, and networking at Foley & Lardner’s super cool space at the Georgetown waterfront. Join DCA Live and our co-hosts to kick off 2023 by honoring a group of exceptional high-growth tech finance and operations leaders. The past 24 months have seen a level record of deal activity and significant growth for dozens of great local ventures as well as more recent challenges in the capital markets.
