Capital flows to high-growth tech companies have slowed nationally but dozens of DC technology ventures remain Red Hot. DC-area companies in AI, dual use, cybersecurity, big data, fintech, proptech, health care and other sectors continue to grow, attract capital and talent and make incredible progress in their missions to solve our country’s biggest challenges.

For the 9th consecutive year, DCA Live and our partners are excited to recognize the 2024 Red Hot Companies, the Washington region's fastest growing and most exciting companies. We’ll be profiling these companies over the coming weeks and will celebrate them with a lively, fun event on the evening of Wednesday, August 28 on the rooftop of Sands Capital in Rosslyn, VA.

Join DCA Live and our co-hosts as we kick off 2026 by honoring a group of exceptional high-growth tech finance and operations leaders. The past 12 months have seen significant growth for dozens of great local ventures but significant challenges in the capital markets and we’ll toast that have navigated this environment and engineered growth. Join us for food, drink and networking with region’s leaders in tech finance.

Ease into Spring with DCA Live and a special event on March 18 to honor a group of exceptional CMOs and marketing leaders from the DC region's fastest growing and most exciting companies.  Over great food and wine in a VERY cool venue we'll chat with them about the "four Ps," segmentation strategies and how to get the most out of marketing automation.  So join us for a fun evening and great networking.

Joining DCA Live and our host committee to help celebrate International Women’s Month by recognizing many of the great women lawyers in the Washington region who are emerging as leaders within their firms and the broader legal community.   We'll toast them and recognize their great work over drinks and great food.  We hope you can join us and leaders from the DC business and legal community for a lively and engaging evening.
