We have built a wonderful culture, have access to great talent, are doing the right kind of work at the right time (full stack data science), and fortunate to be working with some great customers. All this serves as a strong foundation as we mature as a company and team.

Most Challenging Thing About Being Based in DC Region: The DC area is known for high mortgages and a lot of traffic, both of which are deterrents for young talent. We also have to compete with the other red-hot companies in the area for top talent.
In 2018-2019 What Do You Need to do to Stay Red Hot? To stay hot in 2018-2018, companies need to be more focused than ever on analyzing data to understand their customers and using technology to serve them. Getting complacent on either front will allow your competition to get ahead.

Best thing about being based in DC region: We love the DC area for many reasons. One of the primary ones being the close proximity of an educated populace that appreciates social justice and our mission. we have a great response every time we do any kind of pop up shop.
Most challenging thing about being based in DC region: Traffic! Just kidding, sort of. Also, a lack of a manufacturing base and other apparel brands similar to ours to work with.
In 2018-2019 what do you need to do to stay Red Hot? We've strictly been a direct to consumer brand up until now. We're currently adding wholesale channels that should drive our growth significantly in the next 12 to 18 months.
