Martin enjoys his power lunches at Toku Japanese and Asian Cuisine and has some unique advice for his 20-year old self: "Don't leave Venezuela next year...probably your last chance to see a political revolution."

Vaki Mawema is Senior Associate & Studio Director with Gensler, a rising star in DC Commercial Real Estate! Vaki power lunches at District Commons and has this advice for his younger self:

"If you really enjoy it, you’ll find a way to get really good at it, so keep doing it.”

Marisa Michnick is a Potomac, Maryland native, is the Director of Leasing at Madison Marquette. She power lunches at Casa Luca, but would love to see a resurge of power lunch spots in DC this year.

She's got some great advice for her 20-year old self: "Take more risks. Become proficient at Excel. Give back more."

She's Thumbs Up on DC's CRE outlook this year due to Wharf DC development, but is Thumbs Down on major retail department stores closing, and is Thumbs Sideways because of an over saturation of fast-casual restaurant concepts.

Meet Joe Reger, Managing Partner at JCR Companies. Joe is a Billings, Montana native and power lunches at Farmers Fishers Bakers.

Joe has some fun advice for his 20-year old self: "Have as much fun as possible in your 20’s and travel every chance you get."

He's an enthusiastic Thumbs Up for this year's CRE market.

Jeff Chod is Managing Director of Acquisitions and Development at Tishman Speyer. Jeff hails from Potomac, Maryland and loves to power lunch at BLT Steak.

Here's his advice to his 20-year old self: "Follow your passions. If you love what you do, it won’t feel like work and the rest will follow."

Jeff is Thumbs Up on 2017's CRE outlook, but he thinks you should pick your spots.

His advice to his younger self would be: "Work somewhere that encourages you to take responsibility and push outside your comfort zone."
