What do you wish you knew when you were 20? If you want to work with good people, deal with difficult issues, do exciting things and make the world a better place to live. The goal of achieving "work-life balance" will be challenging. There will be periods of our lives that require more and unequal amounts of time for work. There will be periods that are overwhelmingly consumed by our career goals and passions. That does not mean we can’t go to the gym, travel, have a friends or love our families. It simply means that during certain times in our lives, we should expect to be out of "balance" and that’s perfectly okay. Always understand that “work-life balance” is achieved over time and not daily.

When you interview someone for your team you’re looking for: Passion, creativity, intelligence, organizational fit, and a solution-focused mindset.
